One-Hour Skills Training Sessions

Our sessions are designed for maximum efficiency, pushing athletes of all levels to refine their craft under pressure while building the discipline required for elite competition.

Monthly Training Packages

BETA Pass

The foundation for fundamental growth and consistent development.

  • 2 Sessions a Week for 4 weeks.

  • Access to Tuesday & Friday evening training sessions.

  • Focused on skill development and fundamentals.

  • 8 sessions per month.

Best for: Developing Middle and HS Athletes

ALPHA Pass

Elite-level training for those ready to lead the pack.

  • 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks.
  • Access to Tuesday, and Friday evening training sessions.
  • Adds addition session on Saturday morning, covering team based concepts.
  • Position-Specific Mentoring​
